SousChef came to us mid-build. The idea was strong, but the product wasn't ready for restaurants. We ran a full audit, agreed the right move was to start fresh, and rebuilt it as an AI-native intelligence platform for hospitality. The result: a product that pulls together data from sales, labour, suppliers, and head office systems and lets restaurant operators ask questions in plain English and get clear answers back.

The first sprint focused on Maitre the Insights Chat System: an AI-powered interface that lets hospitality teams ask questions in plain language and get real answers, without digging through spreadsheets. Under the hood, we built the data integration layer that makes it work: sales, labour, supplier, and head office systems unified into one reliable view.
What started as a rescue job has become a platform that helps multi-site operators spot margin issues earlier and make faster decisions. We're still embedded as their product team, iterating sprint by sprint and building agentic systems for them and their operators.
